Necrom Upgrade and Old Chapters

This may be the wrong section, so I apologize in advance if I'm posting in the wrong area.

I have not played the game in a couple of years now. I believe the last upgrade I had purchased was Elsweyr. If I purchase the Necrom upgrade, will I get access to Greymoore and High Isle as well?

Or, because I'm a couple years behind, will I need to purchase the entire collection? I already own the base game as well as all chapters through Elsweyr.

Both of the upgrade options ONLY has Necrom. It does not have any previous chapters or even the base game.

If you want previous chapters to be included, you will need to buy one of the collections options. There are two collections options: The Elder Scrolls Online Collection and The Elder Scrolls Online Collection Deluxe. Both of these collections will include Base Game, High Isle, Blackwood, Greymoor, Elsweyr, Summerset, and Morrowind. The second one also includes extra goodies.

To make sure you're getting the correct one, it should say in the description whether it includes all the previous chapters or not.

Just wanted to add; if you're only interested in High Isle and Greymoor, it may be better to purchase them individually in the crown store (which you have to access in game to use). And then you can buy the Necrom upgrade for just Necrom and not have to buy the whole collections package.
