Where do I get these treasures?

Hey I am a collector of treasures stolen or not and I am looking for a few in particular right now but I don't know where to get them. The ones I am looking for are:

Well the information tag on all the items have;

My guess is that they are all super rare things you can steal.

They are, but contraband items drop according to zone. So OP probably wants to know in which zones they drop. I'll check if I find something...

There is a contraband list where zones are, if known, listed, here:

Unfortunately, nothing for the items OP is searching for. Also checked UESP, nothing there either. Was worth a try, though.

All I can add is that stolen items are logically related to the zone they're found in (completely random if found in the bags that you get from Mirri's special ability, though, and sometimes festival reward boxes). For example, Hermaeus Mora related items could maybe be found in Craglorn where the Seekers Archive is. I don't know for sure though.

And it's definitively neither in Deshaan not on Vvardenfell either. I go thieving there so often and never came across these things.

At least that's something. See I was thinking Reaper's Marsh for the Ogmha piece because of the public dungeon there (Vile Manse) being a Herma Mora haunt. Although that still doesn't tell me exactly WHERE or WHO to steal from.

And come to think of it I remember picking up a vial of daedric whispers and the razor piece from the Fargrave Tavern upstairs. I hope that that helps other people.

Right, that's another factor: Every npc has a group/class assigned to them (like beggar, assassin, noble, laborer,...) and some items only drop from certain groups/classes of people. The items you are searching for will probably drop from mage, cultist or scholar npcs.

The page from the oghma infinium is from Deadlands portal's final boss chest as a rare drop.

They are all from a random pool. Having stolen hundreds of thousands of items, I can tell you that I've received all of these from several different zones.

However, the white, green, and blue treasures are indeed zone weighted. There are some that drop from all zones, and some that only drop in certain areas of one particular zone. The purple ones are evenly distributed across all zones.

I believe the lists on those UESPWiki pages were obtained using the UESP addon that collects data as you play the game. I've never used any addons myself, so I don't know how that one works or what types of data it collects, but my point is that there might be other places where those treasure items drop, with the ones listed merely being the ones that were collected by the addon. I like how it shows a count for each entry, which hopefully gives a valid idea of which places are more likely to drop it.

I do remember getting some of them like Razor's one but don't really engage with thieving, so it might be Deadlands portals potential drops, at least some of them surely are.

These lists are very incomplete, as I can think of many, many treasures I've looted that are not even listed.... including purples. Also note the notation at the bottom of the page.
