For those of you that might have missed the ESO Live going over it, here are the update highlights that all of us, even those that don’t purchase the new DLC, have to look forward to…
There was also a line that said “New home.” but they moved through it extremely fast to get to the preview, a Lighthouse that can be purchased in High Isle.
Edit: Wanted to say thanks to @Luke_Flamesword for the twitch link, here you can watch the whole stream where ZOS goes over each of those listed additions and the new dungeons!

Well, the update 37 part was really interesting! That lighthouse is nifty; definitely will want it. The Alliance face marks apparently will require some PVP achievement, so I probably won't go there. The housing QOL stuff is pretty nice too. I just watched the update 37 part, not all the rest of it. I'll get the rest of it later.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
feel free to stop by and use the facilities3 -

They would both be phenomenal on a healer, which, healers haven’t received much love in the monster set department so this is a win.2 -

✭✭✭✭✭It was stated to be an "accessibility" feature, narrating whatever was being said (I guess quest voicing for the most part) and requires accesibilty be enabled. It will be in the client language so English, French, Spanish, Russian. I'm not sure what other localizations the game has now, but those as well I expect.
