This + knight slayer, unavoidable 5k damage per second that can't be mitigatedI like this, hope we move away from the tanky pvp meta

based on the description the enemy takes the oblivion dmg whenever they heal, applying maximum of once per second
assuming it is one of the new pvp sets lol
it sounds like its trying to counter HOTs

ah yes, lets move away from that and into an age of unmitigable damage that will frequently result in your death regardless of how well you're built. /s
People griping about tanky pvp meta need to chill out. Sometimes your finely tuned build isn't going to get the kill. You're not always going to win.
"Yeah but you shouldn't be able to outheal (X Y and Z)" Why not? , again it boils down to salt about not getting the kill.
Not trying to incite anybody here, just pointing out the truth of the matter. It's frustration and salt from the folks who get upset when they don't win. Winning is great, but don't let the occasional loss make you call for/support the downfall of the opposition's playstyle.
With power creep being what it is, tanky pvp needs to remain viable or everyone will just die constantly regardless of gear and skill.

Healing in this meta is completely overtuned. I'm always against a set being introduced to fix a core combat balance issue, but that aside, the over powered nature of healing is an objective fact. People are getting 18-20k crit heals in cyro and some people can spam them near infinitely.
This has been well documented throughout this patch. TTK is extremely high against average competent players.
Anecdotally, my last session in IC resulted in 9 (NINE!) stalemates in a row. No one likes a tank meta and it's not just about "winning or losing".
