We have the Psijiic and Mages Guild Skill Lines. Now all we are missing is the Telvanni Wizard Skill Line to round out the most powerful Magical organizations is Tamriel. Where is it tho? This would make a wonderful and perfectly thematic edition to the upcoming Necrom Chapter.
