So I am currently watching the developer direct. I figured since the Global Reveal Event is following right afterwards, I will live react to it.

Developer Direct News

New Class: Arcanist
New Location: Eastern Morrowind
New Chapter Name: Necrom
Story will revolve around Hermaeus Mora

Arcanist in the cinematic looked dope, I hope it’ll reflect this in game.

Love the overall dark and gloomy vibe of the Chapter, too.

It hasn't started yet. It will start in a couple of minutes. I'm sure they will be more detailed information during the global reveal. At the moment it's just the developer direct.

I just wonder what "the most requested feature" will be... because it possible can not be the new class or telvanni location

Most requested feature... A third new class... After they said they couldn't add more classes

Not complaining until I find out more, but already feel they are again trying to oversell. Telvani peninsula is half the size it should be.

It's probably the new class. They mentioned it was a highly requested feature during the developer direct.

This game no longer have soul. The only news things they can add is a new class.

But a class is only for player making a new character. And they will say again we are waiting for this and they know how we want it.

THis is stupid, our characters are the same since Summerset. Is that really a RPG?

Let me tell you something...they will NEVER drop playstation....that's free money. All they did was speak only about their system.

Kinda like when sony only says PS5 release and doesn't mention PC anywhere.

We already got the release date for PC (June 5) and Xbox (June 20). They didn’t mention PlayStation. I guess that has simply to do with the fact that this is a Microsoft stream. PlayStation will most likely launch on June 20 as well.

Yeah probably won't be getting this and will be cancelling my subscription then. Two dungeons I don't want and crowns I stopped using because the store is so bloated isn't worth £100+ a year,

Not interested in 1v1ing Hermaeus Mora with a macguffin and a new class I'll never actively play because I'm married to my main either. I'll watch out the reveal to see if my mind changes but I don't want a copy/paste of the last several chapters stories with the bonus DLC side story stuff cut out.

There’s still the Q4 system they’ve announced, it could be Spellcrafting.

New Class
New Weapon
New Combat Skill Line
New PVP system
Spellcrafting
Optional Difficulty increase for Overland
The ability to hide armor pieces, especially the shoulders and hip flaps.

Those are the things I see the most often.

I'm a little sad hearing about a new class because I'm 999% certain we're not getting class change tokens. If we are, then count me excited as heck. I don't want more character slots. I want existing ones to be changeable.

With the new class reveal, I am really hoping that requested feature is class change. Assuming the class itself isn't the feature.

Matt Firor already said that the new class is the most requested feature.

Yes, free DLC access until January 31st through an ESO+ free trial. It doesn't include High Isle or the upcoming Necrom.

sorry, I love ESO but I'm absolutely not excited about the new class, we have 5 classes so 3 new skill lines locked behind creating a new character is not what I had hoped for.

I AM excited about the location, looks great and I'm looking forward to the story. I do hope we get some info on the Q4 system so we can have something "new" added to the game, but still the location sounds great.

Hey, a new class means I'm actually okay with paying the usual $40 for the Chapter, which is nice.

I'm also sure that we can look forward to the existing class toolkits getting some strategic nerfs to carve out a place in the meta for the new Arcanist. Sorry if that sounds pessimistic, but after Wardens and Necromancers, let's just say that ZOS has a track record of doing exactly that.
