This would appear to be a bug given the context in the reddit comments (the fixes to numerous abilities not properly respecting LoS that were made in the 8.0.0 patch).
IMO either the Reanimate ability needs to be brought into line with the other abilities and ultimates that were adjusted, or the other ultimates that were effectively nerfed to respect LoS need to be reverted.
This would appear to be a bug given the context in the reddit comments (the fixes to numerous abilities not properly respecting LoS that were made in the 8.0.0 patch).
