I would LOVE Falinesti. It's my dream Chapter at this point, especially after High Isle and Galen demonstrated that ZOS have finally figured out how to create dense forest in this engine. I just don't want to get my hopes up too much for that when they've been dropping strong Telvanni hints.
I think a race instead of a class would be a very new feature, and people wouldn't feel pushed to reroll to try it (paying a rerace may seem easier for most, I confess I would use crowns to change my sorc "high elf" maormer if it would came true)-New (Maormer) class is also another thing that's been high requested. We already have sea elves in the game, and the latest dungeons/trials introduced some water-based skills and visuals that could very well be part of the skill kit of a new Maormer class.

But it can definitely come along with a new class, like Aquamancer kind-of
Someone told me they would not have to display all of Pyandonea at once, but instead introduce few zones, like a coast, some isles...

I must confess the Nord lore is the least interest I have currently, but I'd say well, fine if there is a zone in Atmora iteself.Whiterun, I deeply hope.
