Druid Galphen has incorrect and spoilery dialogue

So, after you do the quest where you have to go find Frii in the cave and get the Stonelore Druids into the city, Druid and Galphen have the following conversation.
Dame Fayda: Please, Galphen remain in the city. There's a danger coming. Vastyr's walls can protect us all.
Druid Galphen: Yes, the city walks can protect the city folk. And the Druids of the Vine District. But what about the rest of my brothers and sisters?
Dame Fayda: Sir Stefan has a plan. Together we can defend Galen from the Dreadsail Pirates. It just makes sense.
When you talk to Druid Galphen though he says
This is not only the incorrect dialogue as he's literally talking to Dame Fayda and she's standing right next to him, but also a spoiler because the sea elves have not attacked the city yet.
You learn from this spoiler that the sea elves will breach the walls, the cathedral is attacked, and that Dame Fayda goes missing. Luckily this is right after you learn the sea elves plan to attack Galen.
I think Fayda has the correct dialogue she says
This makes some sense, since now he's locked behind the walls. Although, she did first become his escort in a previous quest, so what do I know.

Druid Galphen is... interesting. We've exchanged pleasantries, of course, but this is the first time we've really had a chance to spend time together. I find his insight into our current situation.... quite fascinating.
