new weapons concept (kind of)
THis focuses on mages as they arguably dont have as many choices as stam...
these weapons get an additional passive and new skills....
the passive will cost zero skill points to change and causes the weapons to deal either magic or physical damage....
while in the magic side of the weapon you would see that all of your skills have changed and when you go to unlock them they would be magick counterparts of your current skills.... ex. dual wield ult instead of bleed sends out flaming slashes to burn foes.....
in addition the restoration staff would also be added to give you skills that deal poison damage.. but this would still cost magicka...
id like for the magic and non magic sides of the skills to be used in tandem but idk if it would be possible in theory so ill just leave it like this for now....
