Trader (vendor) auction bid process

Ticket submitted as this doesn't follow the published process, imo. I believe it is an exception that should be listed. I also submitted the screenshots of the guild bank transactions on this.
Bid for vendor A at $X for Guild A. Then later bid for vendor A at $X+1 for Guild B. Bid for Guild B successive vendors after this first vendor A. Vendor A went to Guild A for $X although I had subsequently bid that vendor for Guild B at $X +1. Guild B won a different vendor that was bid much later. Does not follow the published rules, seems to be an exception or a bug. It is XXXXXXX in the attached bank screenshots which show the problem. Shows lost at $ X + 1 versus bid from 1st guild at $X

Did your later bids for Guild B exceed $X+1?

The game should respect the highest winning bid first, regardless of when it was placed. So if you bid $X+2 or more at any other vendor for Guild B, and one of those +2 bids was successful, Guild B takes that other vendor and cannot win Vendor A, which could then fall to Guild A.

The order in which bids are placed by the same guild only comes into play when those bids are equal.

Well thank you for confirming the following: (much appreciated)

    https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24859/~/guild-traders---the-elder-scrolls-online

if your guild has multiple winning bids, the bid with the highest gold amount is the one awarded. If you have multiple winning bids with the same gold amount, the oldest bid placed is awarded.

There is information out there (rather misleading) that the date/time of submission (earliest) winning bid is used regardless of later higher bids due to a priority system based on input time.

    Your clarification is helpful
