Very simply the set has been. Urged since update 33. It does NOT work with active DOT dmg at all. Even some skills such as DW thrive in chaos does not trigger this set causing it to actually activate 2% of the time being used.
I may understand taking some time with none DLC sets but for the paid for sets I'd expect some urgency in fixing the bugs for both the dungeons and the set instead of having broken sets for almost a year then post bout how your goal is to make the game more enjoyable. We enjoy having what we pay for working, when things constantly are broken every update it make the idea of wasting money on another dlc or content very unappealing. My community doesn't even buy anything from eso anymore because it's heavily subjected to become bugged or changed so far from its orginal that we would rather just have our refund and move on.
Would really really like to enjoy playing this game again and having all the time put into it not spit on by the Devs, thank you.
