[SUGGESTION] Add a day time modifyer to the Alkosh day time modifyer for (almost) pitch dark night

We can swith to midnight with the help of the Alkosh device for our homes. Unfortunately this midnight provides light conditions that is really more like full moon condition. In skyrim region we also always get aurora borealis so the environment is fairly bright. As sometimes a furnisher wishes to have less light I suggest to add a daytime with much less light conditions (not really pitch dark that one always bruises one's knee while constantly stumbling against furnitures and walls but a bit more notiveably less that right now would be awesome.
