Where do I find "An Excerpt from the Book of Seasons" lore book?

I'm missing the lore book called "An Excerpt from the Book of Seasons" from Hew's Bane Bookshelf category in the Eidetic Memory. Everything I google and the Lore Book addon tells me it's in the Hubalajad Palace in Hew's Bane and I guess the only way into Hubalajad Palace is a main story quest and I have done every single quest in Hew's Bane. So how do I go about getting this lore book called "An Excerpt from the Book of Seasons"? I contacted support and they said to use Lore Book addon and it is also locked by the main quest I already completed, and that area is not accessible after you have left it and completed the quest but for that reason there is one then one spawn for the lore book. Any help with this?
