As a vampire, you suffer the drawback of increased ability cost, including on ultimates.
Nightblades "Incapacitating Strike" costs 70 ultimate at base, but transforms into a new version with a stun component when cast with over 120 ultimate. These values are increased to 76 base, and 130 for the stun version when you're a stage 3 vampire by the drawback passive.
The problem is that when you reach 120 ultimate as a stage 3 (or any stage) vampire, instead of incap remaining castable as the base version until you reach the increased threshold of 130 for the stun, it actually becomes uncastable /grays out.
This disrupts the flow of combat and makes the ultimate less reliable, when it should be castable as the base version right up until it transforms into the stun version.
To reproduce:
1. Be a vampire nightblade, the higher your stage the easier it will be to observe the bug.
2. Get 120-129 ult (if stage 3) and try to cast incap. It will not fire, and will appear as gray on your bar.
3. Repeat without vampire. You will notice it immediately transforms to the stun version at 120 ult, and never has a period where it becomes uncastable.
