BUG issue apparently is still unresolved----

Deadly Investigations request as part of the main quest for High Isle. Having conversation with Lady Arabelle Duvaux in Castle Navire. I warped out to work on something in Clockwork City before I finished all conversation options with lady Arabelle Duvaux. When I finished in Clockwork City I looked in my journal to short-cut back to complete the quest with Lady Arabelle Duvaux and noticed the quest was not listed in my journal. When I manually returned to the Castle Navire entrance, I found I was unable to enter as the option was greyed out and I am now blocked from continuing main quest for the zone.

I paid for the chapter and would love to finish it... can someone please let me know what needs to be done to fix this??????

    This is still preventing quest progression... any update on a fix?

    Hi @xiozen.

    Can you use Zone Guide to locate the quest bestower again? If the quest is missing from your quest log, you should be able to use that to pick it back up again by going to the quest bestower.

    If the quest is still in your log, you can try abandoning and retaking it with the same method.

    If neither of those work, please let us know and we can relay that info to the Dev Team.

    Also, could you let us know what quest you completed in Clockwork City? That will give us a better chance of accurately reproducing the issue you're running into.

    ** Yes, however after opening up the Zone Guide the Zone Guide automatically directed me to the quest bestower and it showed up as a black marker on the map. I could not activate the quest from the Zone Guide because the prompt to activate the quest from the Zone Guide never showed up. I physically went to the location that the Zone guide marker directed me to (Castle Navire's courtyard) however the gates which would allow me access to the quest bestower were inaccessible since the option to enter the castle was greyed out.

    **The Quest vanished from my log (journal), I am unable to select and abandon it as it does not show up in my journal at all.

    **I did not do a quest I used the Transmutation station to transmute a trait on my gear. When i finished it was at that time, I sought to return to complete the High Isle quest and encountered this issue.

    So it's 1/31/2023 and I posted this issue on 1/9/2023... As mentioned in the above post I am still unable to complete or continue the High Isle MAIN questline. I requested that if the bug issue cannot be resolved then PLEASE just RESET my questline back to the beginning and I can simply restart... to date... NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN.... I am beyond frustrated.

    At this point I need to know who I can speak with as I have spent money on a game that apparently is broken and there seems to be refusal to fix.

    Any updates on this bug; I've already submitted at least 3 in-game bug reports with data and information. As of 2/13/2023 I am still unable to continue the High Isle main quest line??? Please advise.

    Issue still unresolved; will discontinue subscription until fixed.
