Clyde_BlueSnake✭✭✭All you listed are all lore friendly as well, for they appear in the main series & they could work as a new weapon.
Though flails, they only appeared as equippable weapons in TES 1 & 2, how the main game series devs left them to be forgotten, the ESO devs likely won't bring them back as well.

3 Does massive damage - but av 1 shot per minute means you need a regiment ( see Gevonese Mercenarys) to be effective on the battlefield.
4. Anything smaller only good for hunting small animals.0
