"Account settings are currently unavailable. Please try again later"

Hi, I was able to check my account settings earlier today however tonight I keep getting the message "Account settings are currently unavailable, please try again later."

I've tried deleting the save data, trying to view account settings on the NA server, on different characters etc with no luck. I can log into the web account just fine and everything looks good on there.

Any idea what the problem is? I'm on PS5 EU

So according to support, you guys have suspended the in-game account settings feature. How come? This feels like a security flaw

Hi, it's probably been closed by now but the ticket was [230106-002962]

they did clarify that they have suspended the in-game account feature so I suppose that's the answer
