Did the appearance of Militant Ordinator change?

I can still see what I thought was Militant Ordinator on the NPCs in the Battlegrounds area but, the actual motif appearance is a bit different. If I look at older posts I can see players posted pictures of what looks to be a match for what the npcs are using.
Are the NPC's using a different Motif or did the Motif change?
