✭✭✭I like the layout of Fallowstone Hall very much and wondered the same thing. Unfortunately, there is no house like it that is available to us.
A player property that has a large bit of land and interesting Nord features is Hakkvild's High Hall. Sadly, the house on that property is not anything like Fallowstone Hall; it is one big round room.

That's a let-down. Should be one.
