Nazaray should have 1-2 secs of delay

Nazaray should have 1-2 secs of delay so that classes can extend the duration of Major and Minor Debuffs applied via their own ultimate. Like Necromancer extending the duration Major Vulnerability from its own ultimate.

That would certainly reduce the skill curve a bit and allow for a more consistent better setup. As tank I can pay attention to my own debuffs, just turn off debuffs from allies and watch then proc naz when the debuff is low. For healer, I can’t do that. The debuffs dance and I’m seeing all 4 group members debuffs plus minor and major vuln icons look very similar, so I just have to proc naz after I see colo go off and hope it worked.
