Pariah Set often Bugs in PvP

It often happens That my Pariah Set does stop Working in pvp, especially in BG's after being killed.
The Character stats still say im at full resistances but i suddenly take much more damage from all sources than before.
I cannot really say what triggers this bug specifically but needless to say its Gamebreaking for the Person who wears it. It does no longer work until you change the instance much like the Blocking bug last Patch.
