I created a ticket 1 day ago and they gave me a number reference off the bat.
What do I do with this? I haven't even got an email about this

Its just a reference number to show they have logged and received your ticket. Just sit and wait for a reply now0

Thybrinena✭✭✭✭Please understand that this is a very busy time for them but they will contact you in due time. I can say quite honestly that I have had nothing but positive experiences with ZoS support and I'm sure you'll be no different.
