Active ability not progressing
One of my abilities "Dark Talons" is not advancing at all, even though i use it just about every fight. For the last 4 levels it has been stuck at about 1/4 of the way on the first level. Am I missing something or shouldn't it be progressing?

Comaetilico✭✭✭using or not an ability don't influence its progress. Ability increase in rank by being slotted in your ACTIVE bar the moment you recive EXP.
If you are level 15+ the problme may be due to you having the ability in slotted but actualy killing/turning in while the other bar (the one without talon slotted in) is active.
If this is not the source of the problem report it by /bug in game or try to contact custom service0
