✭✭It was bugged, but should be fixed now. Tuesday night I got it as my Random Vet and it dropped for 2 people in the group.1

Stump✭✭✭It was fixed with Monday's patch and they extended the drop date to January 18th so everyone has a full 4 weeks to farm for it. I know its dropping, i've seen 2 drops this week from my dungeon group.
