Got up to this point in the prologue and blocked from progressing by the grotto door.
Tried reloading twice, moving away and coming back, logging out and back in... I even tried clipping into the cave enterance thinking they goofed and made the interactable super tiny or it got stuck int eh ground somehow, but nope.
