Completed Soulfire and its Morphs, still able to purchase fragments

Last year, upon finishing the morphs and having a completed pet, purchasing additional fragments was disabled, with a message on the tooltip. This year, I have completed all my morphs (everything is red) and I have a soulfire dragon illusion pet already (see green text). However it would still let me collect the basin/scroll/incense as if I didn't, though I would not be able to assemble them due to the fact I already have the pet!
This is indeed the final item for this morph, right? It only lasts the year?
