The five piece bonus of the Hrothgar's set (stunning or immobilising enemies causes them to burst with frost magic) is activated by thrown mudballs in the New Life Festival activity.
This has turned a simple act of good-natured seasonal mischief into a serious spree of vicious assaults. Absolute chaos, guards and citizens alike turning to violence, and an eye-watering bounty. Reaching the diplomats for the last step of the activity is no picnic either.
