Can confirm this is happening in my Trading Guild. Seems like a pretty serious bug. We can't see deposits from people.

At the moment we need to restart the game for them to show back up again.

PS5 EU Server.

Please take a look, this bug can cause trouble.

Seems like it started with the new life festival.

Same back here, reported also from colleagues. Always restarting the game is really annoying.

Same problem here, PC-EU. It happens with my 3 trading guilds, and seemed to start with the start of the event.
I also disabled all my addons, restarted the game, and it still didn't work, so probably no addon problem.
I also heard from one player on PC-NA with the problem, strangely enough just in one of their guilds.
I'm in contact with a person from the support team, but they think it's due to computer issues and maybe suboptimal GPU...
I don't believe that as it seems to happen to a lot of players at once.

seems to happen as soon as you touch the guild bank
deposit/ withdraw an item or gold and history stops updating afterwards

Having the same issue. PC-EU here. History loads once I quit and log back but doesn't update while playing

Definitely not that lol. My PC is more than able to handle anything ESO throws at it. And as you said, a lot of people are having the issue.

Gina, to follow up from this.

We can log in and the Guild deposits and sales update as normal.

It's not until we actually directly go into the menu itself and click on deposits and sales that it stops from updating again until we log out and relog back in.

Personally our guilds have to close the game down and restart to get the updates. Every hour we do this to see the deposit history change. 🤷‍♂️

It’s been a month @ZOS_GinaBruno is there any update, we have to close the game down, and reopen every half hour to see deposits. Or every hour. I understand the latency of the deposit and the information showing up but the last patch ruined it

And I thought I was going crazy, guild sales updates etc. are very inconsistent. It shows for some people but for me it's always 0 gold sales.
