After the Ivy Throne quest, once you go outside the Mornard Castle, Dame Fayda sounds like she is echoing? or vibrating, like when Azura or at times Meridia speaks to you. Her voice is weird and echoy and her mouth stops moving with her words. She doesn't glitch before this only after the Ivy Throne quest has been turned in.
