Toxic Barrage not immune to Dragon Leap

I had used toxic barrage for quite sometime in my pvp builds and never had any issues with the CC immunity until just last night. I was trying to finish off a DK and they used their dragon leap ultimate and I was knocked back. I had only fired one or two barrages when this happened so it was not that the toxic barrage had just finished and I was hit by dragon leap just after. Curious if anyone else has seen this before.

Haven't noticed that, but I have been hit and interrupted while using it in pve boss encounters. I had assumed that it was an interruptible skill, but having re-read the tool tip, I'm not so sure. In any case the DK leap isn't listed as an interrupt.1
