- Magma Queen
- The Pyrelord
- Zakuryn the Sculptor
- Iozuzzunth
- Shade of the Grove
- Rahdgarak

the dye on the other hand (which can be obtained on normal) does require doing all of the optional stuff at least once, along with a bunch of other achievements that you would get from repeated runsplays PC/NA
