[BUG]: Deposit to guild bank permission doesn't work

Reproduction:
- Create a guild.
- Add a member to members group.
- Clear all permissions for members group.
- Set the deposit permission to members group.
- Try to deposit to the bank from added member (not enough permissions).
Check all permission mechanics after it being fixed, please.

JayFFS✭Noticed the same issue. Members could not deposit items into guild bank with the deposit box checked and the withdrawal box unchecked. For them to be able to deposit, I had to check both the deposit and the withdrawal boxes. The withdrawal box worked correctly with only it checked.0 -
