Block Bug

I just tried to tank one of the newer vet dungeons, and twice I've had to relog as I couldn't block (I tried roll dodging, swapping bars, I tried reloading ui,) - very annoying. Also sometimes I couldn't cast one specific skill (like a vigor) for 10 seconds. Anyone else experienced this bug for dungeons or overland in general?
