Looking for all frost based sets from any source

Sets like iceheart, winterborn in maelstron or ysgramor in eastmarch.
Sets that in some way increase frost based attacks.

Please post any sets you know.

Whorl of the Depths is the best frost set for PVE damage, ideally the perfected version from vDSR.

Frostbite is a decent set option for a full frost build like Brittleden.

There's also Icy Conjurer and Frozen Watcher, but they have weaker effects.

Master's Ice Staff is great if you use Frost Reach spammable.

Nunatak is a monster set that adds frost damage when you do frost damage. I haven’t tried it so I can’t speak to its effectiveness.

Elemental Succession > Ysgramor's IMO.

On that note, most meta DPS sets would buff your ice abilities more than Ysgramor's. It doesn't add a visual frost element, so I think it's not as frosty-themed as it sounds.

I've just started playing on PS4 after a long break (despite playing for years on PC).. so it like starting over.

I've just started playing on PS4 after a long break (despite playing for years on PC).. so it like starting over.

PvE is just too easy, nothing will live long enough to be stunned or immobilised anyway. It is clearly a PvP set

its not really great for pve because of the enemies low resist (hrothgar dmg is scaled based on resists)

and it was overnerfed because it was too potent in pvp so now its hardly useful there either (it originally had a bug where it was not affected by battle spirit AND it had a higher scaling dmg of 26% of total resist instead of the current 13% of resists), so its avg dmg was cut by 75% in pvp (they fixed the battle spirit bug AND nerfed the scaling by half)
