Maintenance from tuesday 29th november destroyed performance on PS EU BR Campaign

I dont know what happened but the performance was okay on BR before this maintenance and now with a rarely populated campaign, we have a huge delay while bar swapping, skills are not castable you cant break free.
Its just not working. Please check what happened there and fix it quick.
