Magblade resource question

Does anyone else have magicka resource problems? I have tried to do a parse and ran out of Magicka everytime. I use Ghastly Eyeballs with a potion to put a negative effect on my health to active Sustain by Suffering, Peace of Mind and Rejuvenation CP`s. My Magicka recovery is running at 1520 and then it jumps to 2060 with Sustain then drops to 1820 when the Peace of Mind is running for the rest of the duration of the potion. My Magicka with Ghastly is at 35257 max and i`m using Inner Light along with all the passives to help.

✭✭✭✭✭in content, or when parsing? because ive noticed when parsing on a dummy ive always had worse sustain than i normally do in actual content when running with a group (using the same food/pots as i do in content vs the dummy)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
