I used to sell alchemy writs but now they're bound and I can't sell them?

✭✭✭✭✭Is that alchemy writ one you happened to get from the High Isle Bundle that ZoS gave us a while back?
Any master writs you got from those were bound.

✭✭I currently have 36 or so alchemy master writs in my bank; all have dropped since about a week or so after Witch's Festival ended. None is bound. Are you on PC or one of the consoles?

✭✭✭✭✭Have gotten a dozen of them over the past few days... all unbound (was able to deposit in guild bank, which you can't do with bound items).
Only unbound ones received were ones from the High Isle reward chest thing. Can't think of any other explanation.
