Concealed Weapon mechanics question

From the tooltip, I'm unclear whether the increased damage from leaving sneak/invisibility applies only to Concealed Weapon or applies to any/all skills. Can anyone confirm?
Slash an enemy, dealing 2323 Magic Damage. If you strike an enemy from their flank you set them Off Balance. When you leave Sneak, invisibility, or Major Expedition ends while in combat, your damage done is increased by 10% for 5 seconds. While slotted, you gain Minor Expedition, increasing your Movement Speed by 15%. New effect: While slotted you gain movement speed and leaving Sneak or invisibility increases your damage done.

Rule of thumb, damage done without specification always mean a 10% damage across the board

Another thing, buffs “end” when they are refreshed. So people will cast Twisted Path and stay inside of it for a constant refresh of Major Expedition.

Yes, it is equivalent to Major Berserk, insanely powerful, since you can get it to proc continuously by hitting cloak or running in and out of refreshing path.

There are sets whose entire 5th piece bonus is a limited time of major berserk-- this does it with one skill

Absurdly overpowered skill-- you also get a good spammable, plus "free" 15% speed boost to use with your refreshing path-- this is why you see all those NBs speeding away after they attack you-- PLUS you set them off balance which boosts your damage even more

Then you pop the incap which adds a ridiculous additional 20% damage-- far more than any other ability or CP (50 CPs gets you a measly 6% damage increase,) -- a double major berserk-- PLUS it stuns -- PLUS it gives you major reave -- LOL you think someone on the developing team likes NB?

Of course this is why I use these skills on my NB :)
2 GOs, an overlord and bunches of prefects etc-- all classes...I've wasted a lot of time in PVP
