Runepriest's Shield VFX still buggy.

The VFX animation on the Runepriest's Shield outfit style are still buggy, but now in a different way. Since the update that fixed the display of the VFX on the various Runepriest weapon styles, the one on the Runepriest Shield sometimes just disappears. This leaves the shield with no animation at all. I haven't found that anything in particular seems to trigger it - it appears to be random.
