Black Marsh is best left in the trash.

On the other hand, like the poster above me, I am not at all eager to have more Dunmer or Argonian content any time soon.
Would like to see some love for the Orcs, Redguards or Imperials (since they got pretty shortchanged in Blackwood with the Chapter being like 1/3 Argonian and 1/3 Oblivion, and 1/3 Imperial).

I agree, we need more reguard or imperial zones, but doesn't it upset you that the east coast of Tamriel looks a little zonally barren?
I’ve hated every piece of Argonian content ESO has pushed out and ZOS have proven they can’t get Dunmer right since 2014. (Sotha Sil and his city being the exception).
I’d rather go to Hammerfell or get something actually Breton related. Maybe the Western Reach for more Reachmen lore. Or perhaps Falenesti.
Nords are dull but surely Whiterun can’t go too wrong? Winterhold?
Or finally fill out some weird gaps like Central Elsweyr?
Morrowind is best left in the hands of the Tamriel Rebuilt team and Black Marsh is best left in the trash.

High Rock is done. Like that's why they did the Systes for the Bretons because all of High Rock is done and Wrothgar retconned the Nords and Bretons from living in the area and since HR is done that also includes the Western Reach which in in Bangkorai and Wrothgar.

Then why is there a chapter-sized gap between Western Skyrim and Wrothgar?

Um. No.
