What does PVX mean?
PVX is a simple combination of PVE and PVP, it means that as a guild we hope to do an equal amount of both PVP and PVE content. We will have stories and Guild events that take us into Cryodiil and events that take us through World Dungeons, we don’t expect anyone to do every event, nor do we want to force anyone into content they don’t enjoy, so there will be events for all aspects of ESO.
OOC Rules- We are adults. Act like adults. If there is a disagreement, sit and talk it out like men and women. Don’t argue and let it fester like children.
- If something cannot be agreed upon by members, bring it to an officer. If an officer is not present and the matter is not private, put it to popular vote within the guild. If the matter is private, send a mail to Theradas or Krynna and it will be attended to as soon as possible.
- Keep your language in mind. Swearing in private channels is fine. Swearing in public channels is ok. If every other word in your sentence is a swear, that’s not ok. Act mature.
- Hate is not appreciated. Gay, straight, black and purple, everyone is accepted and we won’t tolerate anything less. This goes for religions as well.
- Being adults, we know there are certain mature things which can happen in RP. Try to keep them private. Don’t broadcast your sexytimes to the world.
- There is a difference between talking about your exploits and performing them for an audience.
If you have a question about something which isn’t covered here, simply try your best to be mature, but we are always willing to answer questions.
Information about the guild in general
We will be acting a an “Official” guild of Tamriel, much like the Undaunted or the Fighters Guild. Our mission is a very focused one, to hunt and kill any feral Werewolf, Vampire, and the occasional Daedra. Note the Feral context, The guild has provisions for “Controlled” denizens of the dark, Werewolves who only hunt animals or bandits, Vampires who only feed off of the willing, animals, or bandits. These afflicted that are able to control themselves are called “Darklings” and are treated amicably, perhaps even allowed into the guild, but who can say for certain which members are truly human, as long as they behave themselves.
———- IC guild recruitment ———-
The Riders were formed by a man called Theradas Terehasanda many years after his wife was slain by feral werewolves sent by a man who wanted to Kill Theradas and take his wife for his own. Nightfall’s Riders hunt only the feral and uncaring creatures of the night that plague the innocent.
Werewolves, Vampires, and the occasional Daedra that kill without thought or remorse. There are provisions made for those afflicted that can prove that they control themselves. If a man cannot show compassion for those afflicted that strive to be better he is not man enough to be a Rider.
Requirements
Theredas looks over an applicant “We are warriors, killers, hunters and mercenaries. I will not take any man or woman younger than the age of 18 into the Riders, I don’t care how much experience you think you have or how many men or monsters you claim to have killed, until you hit the age of 18 you will be turned away for your own sake.”
He looks around as well and taps the roster “We will take any race for the cause, but I’ll tell you right now, Altmer got a lot to prove to me about being good people. We also exclusively do mercenary work for the Daggerfall Covenant, if you have other obligations we will take you if we can but don’t let me catch you fighting other Riders out there or I will have your hide.”
Theradas looks around the crowd “Something for all to hear.. If you cannot distinguish the difference between a Vampire or Lycan trying to control their curse and the evil Ferals? Get out right now, defending the land from murderers and killing a cursed man or woman are very different things.”
