"This emote is locked" message

I got the message "This emote is locked" when trying the /sworddance emote just now. I don't know what this one is, or why it's in my list, I just thought I'd try it. But apparently I can't. Does anyone know what this message means ?

Sword Dance was an emote you could buy from the Crown Store at one time. I'm guessing you didn't buy it and that's why it's locked.
