Cannot access High Isle after buying it

I bought the High Isle update over two hours ago on steam, but i still cannot access it ingame. Instead it tells me to buy the upgrade. My account is linked with steam, as i also bought eso+ through steam and it activated instantly.

    It works now, it seems i had to start it through steam at least once.
