Bluetooth Mic lag bug Ps4/ps5

I have come across an issue on the ps5 when I use a Bluetooth headset like the pulse it lags eso. I first thought the servers were being bugged and lagging due to performance issues. When I turned off my headset I noticed lag stopped. To test this while I was running vet black rose prison 2 of the dps I was running with also had Bluetooth stealth 600 headsets. They were also experiencing lag so I told them to turn it off. They to found the lag they were experiencing stopped. I’m not sure if there’s anything you guys can do on your end for this bug I thought it would be an important notice for those lagging and struggling in groups due to this issue.
Update
As I continue to ask people and suggestion to turn off their headsets to see if it helps with lag I have come across this to happens in the ps4 version of the game.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Kevin can any of you look into this I really want to know if this is just a eso problem or a ps5 issue that needs to be reported to Sony. I can not use my headsets to communicate without lagging in eso I don’t lag in other games using them

I use the Sony headsets on my PS5 and dont get any lag in game when using them in trials. I only use them when grouped up for chatting, rest of the time I use my speakers and get no performance differences between the two situations

I use the pulse I literally just bought it so I could get rid of my bad chorded headset to the controller. Everytime k then it on eso immediately lags to where it is unplayable. I have 2 friends with stealth600 headsets they were being disconnected all the time ever since they switched to ps5. Told them to turn their Bluetooth headsets off now their connection issues are gone. Rather it’s a software issue with Sony or it’s a eso issue with Sonys software running Bluetooth reasons why it would be nice for them to look into this to find a solution.

As I continue to look j to this I have discovered this also affects the ps4 version of eso. I was playing with another person helping them in vbrp they to was struggling with lag I made the suggestion for them to turn off their headset their lag stop completely. What ever this issue is it’s eso not working right somewhere within the PlayStation software.

I have the same issue but just muting the mic seems to clear the lag, soon as I unmute the mic it goes unplayable again. Would be nice to know if it is actually a bug or some game side issue or not.
