• EU megaservers for patch maintenance – December 17, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)

during events - will I get double drops n xp in those areas?

    There are Harrow Storms down there, so yes. I had to go down there for the Event Quest.

    Don't know if both areas count, but only takes a few minutes to find out

    Yes, it's part of Western Skyrim. The Harrowstorms count and sometimes your World Boss and Delve will be down there.

    There is no double xp for these DLC zone events, though.
