Evergloam Indrik AFX still broken

1. Spawning in AFX doesn't play when mounting your own Indrik. You can hear the AFX for other players' mounts, however.
2. The Indrik is missing a sound byte. It doesn't make the "boof boof boof" sound when accelerating. I desperately need my Indrik to make that sound!
