Final boss in "Bloody Reunion" quest doesn't appear

Hello all. I play on PC NA server. Yesterday I tried to complete quest "Bloody Reunion", it's the prologue quest to Dark Heart of Skyrim event. But when I came to the location where Niras Adrys aka Pale Worm is supposed to be spawned there were probably few dozens players and all of them waited for this boss to respawn. I'd been waiting for 40+ min and then decided to report the bug and do something better than staying at one place and waiting for obviously bugged boss. Today I've tried to complete this quest again, logged in this game and found out that boss is still missing and some players have been waiting for him 35 min or more. I tryed to travel to another mirrors but it wasn't successful. Btw, ZOS, please add possibility for easy travelling to another mirrors without seeking guildmates who are in the same location but in unknown mirror. And fix this boss please.

Stupid question but where were you waiting? The boss spawns on the bridge but I've seen plenty of people standing under it.

Yes, we all have waited ON the bridge and sometimes I looked under the bridge just in case but boss didn't spawn anywhere

Xbox na you can see him, but he doesn’t move and you can’t damage him.

Current state of the Pale Worm wait spot, there's a Rune on the ground where he's supposed to spawn on the bridge. Bit of dialog is supposed to trigger when you arrive and the dude spawns. Dialog doesn't trigger, boss doesn't spawn, more people show up, dialog still doesn't trigger... and you get a whole back log of people waiting. And apparently the Worm drops something?

PC-NA here. i submitted a ticket about the boss not spawning and got a response.

The devs say there's too many people in the area for the boss to spawn and suggest coming back at another time. They sent this link in the email too.

Well, at least it's something. But there are always too many people. Even at 5 am EST

So basically the primary quest for the event is bugged and unfinishable, and has been since at least Saturday, and the response is ... "Come Back Later"? Did khajiit get that correct?

Came here to chime in...have tried logging in at any and all times -- 5 AM on the weekend, middle of the afternoon, when I first get up for work, etc etc etc. There's always a HUGE crowd waiting for him regardless of instance and the boss NEVER spawns. I've seen some efforts at crowd control--people telling everyone to get off the spawn spot, put away pets, etc. Still nothing. Even if the boss DID spawn, with crowds like that nobody is going to get enough hits in for a drop or credit for completion. Please fix; this one is beyond broken and it's just not fun.

Hey....just popped in and it looks like it got fixed!!
