Disappearing mount after wayshrine travel

[BUG]
When I travel through wayshrine (yes I know how it works with mounts in specific wayshrines, playing several years) no matter how far i am from wayshrine, when i mount in less than 6s after porting mount will dissappear. Especialy at 5s it looks funny because you summon mount and its disappears immediately.
NO MATTER how far you are from the shrine if you will run from it and summon mount after 5s you will not jump on mount. After 6 and more seconds it is okay.
Sometimes when I relog to other char this bug dissappear and mounts work as they should. So I don't know if it is a bug or some kind of issue with client <-> server synchronization or just game is badly loaded. I noticed this behavior few days back after incremental patch. Before mounts worked without this issue.
I know very well how some wayshrines work when you are mounted, especialy argonian-like shrines dismounting, some merchant tents dismounting, i know it.
@ZOS_Icy This is a bug or desync not asking for helping from the players. So please leave it here in the bug reports, i can write support ticket too

davidtk✭✭✭✭✭Nah that is really annoying.
Sometime you will get "You cannot mount right now" and its okay and then you can mount in the shrine and then up to 6s your mount dissappear...
It could be client side problem or others have this?
