Running an event with critical bugs live? (block bug)

Running an event with double drops in a Trial, a trial that requires tanks to bash the bosses, while the bash block bug has already survived one patch cycle, looks pretty poor.

Let us not forget, that Qcell's "Am I Blocking?" addon appears to have been released over a year ago to demonstrate a still existing and unrelated bug where block doesn't fire off. People are creating joke addons to cast light on bugs, and ZOS is just innovating with more aggressive bugs on top of this?

In light of the revelations from an Australian musician, and the response so bad it's practically an admission, it's getting pretty hard to turn a blind eye.

Is there any light in which the Zenimax family can be spun positively?
